DELIVERY INFORMATION
DELIVERY GUARANTEED 3 WORKING DAYS Please allow us 7-10 working days for your delivery during sale rush time periods. Please note our delivery timeframes are not from the date you place your order, as we can take up to 3 working days to dispatch your order as our items are cut-to-order so please take this into consideration.
Our typical delivery timeframe is 2-5 working days once dispatched via standard Royal Mail.
Standard Delivery: All UK orders will incur a £2.95 charge; this is the same no matter how large the order is.
International Delivery: This will be calculated for you at checkout, please feel free to contact us via Live Chat for your specific country if it is not shown at the check-out
STOCK AVAILABILITY
We always try and ensure that all stock is available when ordered. We have high demands for our goods and sometimes we run out of stocks faster than we expect. To avoid disappointment, we advise you to order as soon as possible. Our items are cut-to-order so please allow time for this; we will do our best to get your item to you as soon as possible without compromising quality.
At the time of dispatch, if an item(s) is out of stock, we try to contact customer by phone or email, please make sure to provide all contact details at the time of order. In case of wrong contact details provided or getting no response from customer, The Wool Junction reserve the right to cancel out of stock items and send the rest of the order or send a suitable similar substitute wool/fabric.
RETURNS POLICY (Valid for Mail Orders)
We hope you love your wools/fabrics, but if you change your mind about them, please contact us in the first instance at sales@thewooljunction.co.uk stating your full name, order number, contact number and a brief description. Alternatively, you can call us on +44 1422 893 474 and we will advise you how best to proceed. Please do not post your items back to us without contacting us first as in some instances you may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds may take up to 3 days to be processed from the date of us receiving the return.
Refunds
Returns will be processed within 7 days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your Avon Wallet or the original payment account per your request. If the order is free shipping, postage will not be deducted.
Pick-up service charge will be deducted from total refund and self-sending shipping fee will be at your own cost.
Note: Refunds will be initiated for items only, other fees like insurance, shipping, COD service charges are non refundable.
